- Not be receiving an equivalent grant, stipend, or salary that offers a benefit of more than 75% of the RTP Scholarship stipend rate to pursue a higher degree by research (HDR) at UTS during the RTP Stipend year. Income derived from sources unconnected to the study programme is not subject to the 75% requirement.
