H.H. the Emir of Qatar’s Scholarships for Academic Excellence:

• These Scholarships include exemption from tuition fees and book fees.

Outstanding Performance Scholarship:

• These Scholarships include exemption from tuition fees only.

Eligibility Criteria for Qatar University Scholarships

• Required Languages: English.
• Eligible Countries: All World countries

Internal scholarships:

• Applicants must meet the admissions requirements of the college and major to which they have applied. In addition, submission of a final official high school transcript for newly admitted applicants.
  The scholarship must be drawn in the same semester of the year in which the scholarship was awarded (especially registration and completion of classes), otherwise, the scholarship will be canceled in that term and the student will be notified by QU email.

H.H. the Emir of Qatar’s Scholarships for Academic Excellence:

• Hold a Qatari high school education.
• A minimum average of 95% on the high school diploma.
• The applicant should be a high school graduate in the same year in which the scholarship application was made.
• These scholarship awards are given in the fall semester only.
• The scholarship must be used in the first semester of the year in which the scholarship was awarded (especially registration and completion of courses), otherwise, the scholarship will be canceled in that term and the student will be informed by QU email.

Outstanding Performance Qatar University Scholarships 2023:

• Must be enrolled at Qatar University.
• Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50 out of 4.00.
• Students with the highest cumulative GPA will be selected.

How to Apply?

• New students can apply for a scholarship through the Admission Application System.
• Creating the New User account at the admission application you will use the login ID and PIN to login into the system in order to apply for admission application and scholarship application.
