Fully-funded MBBS scholarship to study medicine in Cuba for Pakistani students.
Applications are invited for the Cuban Government MBBS Scholarships 2024. The last date to apply for the Cuban Government MBBS Scholarships is August 2024. The Cuban government has provided one undergraduate scholarship in the field of medicine (MBBS) to Pakistani nationals for the academic years 2024–2025. Students may apply for the Cuban Government Scholarship if they achieve at least a 70% on their FSc pre-Medical exam, or an equivalent, and a 60% on their matriculation exam. The scholarship has been announced by Islamabad’s Higher Education Commission (HEC).
Online applications for scholarships from the Cuban government can be submitted through the HEC website. The scholarship provides a monthly stipend of $100 in Cuban pesos, as well as tuition, meals, and lodging. The scholarship recipient will get a one-time stipend of Rs 300,000 after departing for Cuba (the scholar must have a functioning bank account in Pakistan).

Eligibility Criteria
- 60% or higher in SSC/Matric (O level) and at least 70% or higher in F.Sc./A level (Pre-Medical).
- Because HEC requires a final score for merit, candidates awaiting results are ineligible to apply.
- Applicants must be citizens of Pakistan or the AJK and between the ages of 18 and 25 as of the application deadlines.
- A genuine USAT-M test result must be submitted by every applicant. (The outcome obtained following January 20, 2022.)
- USAT test results serve as the basis for the nomination requirements.
- The USAT-M Score will be used as the deciding factor after candidates have satisfied the basic qualification requirements listed below.
